Personalized, Precision Wellness to every individual at any level of health.
What to Expect
Your health is unique, and your care should be too.
Our process is designed to build a comprehensive understanding of your health over time—not to fit your story into a predetermined protocol. Each visit builds upon the last, allowing recommendations to become increasingly personalized as we gather more information about your biology, your health history, and your goals.
Whether you're seeking answers for a complex health concern or looking to optimize your long-term health, our approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and guided by data.
Step 1: Comprehensive Initial Visit
Your first appointment is dedicated to understanding you.
Before your visit, you'll complete detailed health questionnaires and provide any previous laboratory results or medical records you'd like us to review.
During your appointment, we'll discuss your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, nutrition, family history, previous treatments, and health goals. We also review existing laboratory findings and identify any gaps that may benefit from additional evaluation.
Rather than relying on assumptions, we develop a personalized strategy for gathering the information needed to understand your health more completely.
For some clients, existing records provide much of the information we need. Others may benefit from advanced laboratory testing, genetic analysis, or specialized diagnostic assessments.
No two evaluations are exactly alike.
Step 2: Personalized Assessment
Following your initial visit, we bring together information from multiple sources to create a more complete picture of your health.
Depending on your needs, this may include:
Comprehensive blood work
Advanced cardiovascular assessment
Hormone evaluation
Nutrient status
Genetic analysis
Gut microbiome testing
Food immune response testing
Environmental exposure assessment
Other specialty testing when clinically appropriate
Every recommendation is individualized. We believe testing should answer meaningful clinical questions and change the way we address your health—not simply generate more data.
Step 3: Your Personalized Plan
Once your results have been reviewed, we'll meet to discuss what they mean and how the different pieces fit together.
Our goal isn't simply to identify what is outside the reference range, but to understand how your genetics, nutrition, metabolism, hormones, immune function, and lifestyle interact to influence your health.
Together, we'll develop a personalized strategies that prioritizes the areas most likely to have the greatest impact.
Consideration may include nutrition, targeted supplementation, lifestyle strategies, additional evaluation, or coordination with other healthcare providers when appropriate.
You'll leave with a clear understanding of your results, why each suggestion was made, and what to focus on next.
Ongoing Care
Health is dynamic, and your care should evolve with it.
As your health changes, your plan changes too.
Follow-up visits allow us to monitor progress, review new laboratory findings when appropriate, refine recommendations, and address new goals as they arise.
Some clients work with us for a focused period to address a specific concern. Others choose to continue with ongoing care to support healthy aging, optimize performance, monitor chronic conditions, or proactively reduce future health risks.
Our role is to provide the guidance, interpretation, and the insight needed to help you make informed decisions about your health at every stage of life.
A Collaborative Approach
We view healthcare as a partnership.
Our goal is not simply to provide recommendations, but to help you understand your health with greater confidence. We encourage questions, shared decision-making, and open communication throughout the process.
Because when you understand your biology, you're better equipped to make decisions that support your long-term health.
