How do I get started?
There are two ways you can schedule with us. You may use our Online Scheduler below, which links to our Charm Health portal. Or, you may fill out the form at the bottom of the page to contact us and begin scheduling. We will respond to your request within 48 business hours, but please be sure to check your spam section of your email!

What is the pricing structure?

Your initial visit is scheduled for 60 minutes; however, because every patient's history is unique, appointments may occasionally extend beyond the scheduled time. We recommend allowing additional flexibility in your schedule so we have the opportunity to thoroughly understand your health history, discuss your concerns, and answer your questions without feeling rushed.

Follow-up visits are scheduled for 60 minutes to allow ample time to review your progress, discuss any new concerns, answer your questions, and refine your personalized recommendations as needed. While most appointments are completed within the scheduled time, some may occasionally run longer depending on the complexity of your care. We recommend allowing a little flexibility in your schedule so we can give your health the thoughtful attention it deserves.

If you need to reschedule or make a cancellation, we ask that you notify us 48 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise a 50% late fee is incurred. A no-show will incur the full amount for the scheduled appointment.
