Dr. Goto graduated summa cum laude as a member of Phi Kappa Phi honors society from the University of Bridgeport with Doctorates in Naturopathic Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a Master’s in Acupuncture. Prior to medical school, she attended the University of Manchester, England, where she received a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering.

Dr. Goto studied extensively with Dr. Peter D’Adamo at the University of Bridgeport. She went on to complete her residency under him at the Center of Excellence in Generative Medicine and worked along side him for over 10 years prior to his retirement from clinical practice.

Dr. Goto uses her engineering background to combine systems-level thinking and naturopathic medicine. Her practice is grounded in the understanding that by understanding how systems work, you can precisely identify where things can go wrong and use targeted interventions to correct them.

This integrative perspective informs a methodical approach, emphasizing identifying underlying causes, personalized care plans, and evidence-based natural therapies. Patients appreciate Dr. Goto’s ability to merge scientific rigor with compassionate, individualized support.

Dr. Goto has lived and studied in many countries, including Ayurveda in India, Botanical Medicine in Costa Rica, and Acupuncture in China.
