Personalized, Precision Medicine to every individual at any level of health.

Your journey as a Center for Generative Medicine patient, whether virtual or in-person, begins with a New Patient Visit.

During this time, your physician will walk with you through your complete health history. They’ll assess your current complaints and goals, develop a strategy for best identifying any underlying causality, and how to best address them.

In this visit, your doc will also develop a checklist of important metrics to be collected and you will be sent collection kits for any relevant precision lifestyle testing (biomarkers, metabolism, genomics, microbiome) that will need to be performed.

When analytics have been completed, a follow-up with your clinician is scheduled, where they’ll review testing and you’ll have the opportunity to discuss findings and ask questions. Your doctor will then prepare your recommendations, personalized dietary guidelines, and lifestyle advice that is personalized to your specific needs.

In 3 months, you’ll meet for a Progress Check to check in, interpret follow-up laboratory work, and tweak your plan if necessary.

From then on, visits can be as frequent or as infrequent as you’d like. Many of our patients appreciate the accountability that regular 3-month visits can offer. Others prefer to visit every year. Please note that after 2 years without a visit, you will have to return as a new patient, as your health will best be addressed with a full re-establishment intake.

We also offer specialty analytics that you may add to your care at any point in your journey with us.

Naturopathic Medicine

A distinct form of medicine. Naturopathic physicians (NDs) emphasize whole patient wellness. This approach to healthcare observes each facet of the patient’s identity [lifestyle, environmental exposures, movement and movement capacity, and past and current states of health] as an important point of intervention.

Genomic Analysis

How you can best learn yourself. Our genomic analysis uses a specialty program called Opus23 to investigate roughly 20,000 clinically relevant SNPs (small changes in genes that result in variances in physiology). Knowledge of these genes allows us to drill down best interventions for current complaints and generate a nutritional guide that’s perfect for you.

Microbiome

Trust that gut feeling. The gut microbiome is an ecosystem within us that involves itself in nearly every aspect of human physiology - from localized gastrointestinal disruptions to systemic inflammation and hormonal and metabolic derangements. A microbiome analysis uses data gathered from a one-time sample to zoom in on your microbiome to generate systems-based inferences and interventions.

Hormone Testing

Find balance. Our hormones as are sensitive as they come. Using a dried urine analysis, we can visualize your endocrine system, including adrenal hormones (cortisol/cortisone, DHEA and pregnenolone) as well as sex hormones and melatonin to identify and target areas of polarity to bring you into harmony.
